Introduction
Hoshiori Academy—
A cloistered world built around the colossal furnace known as the Stellaforge.
Within this enclosure, students known as Starweaving Maidens offer
what they hold dearest to the furnace for the sake of the stars' continued existence.
They have repeated this ritual countless times, burning their love, their wishes, and their destinies.
Until one day, Tsubaki Ueshima—an impurity left behind by the burning—
unexpectedly crashes into their perfect cycle.
With her arrival, the academy’s long-buried secrets begin to surface…
“Board the train, and follow the path drawn by the Asterail.”

Characters

上島 椿
Ueshima Tsubaki
A transfer student who carries an otherworldly atmosphere.
Gentle and kind-hearted, with strict views on etiquette, yet prone to flights of fancy. Her inner thoughts often slip out unbidden.
She’s good at taking care of others, yet unconsciously keeps everyone at a distance.
Sensitive to the charms of other girls. Oddly good at noticing when someone has a grain of rice stuck to their face.
Deep in her heart, she yearns for "genuine friendship."
星埜 紗乃
Hoshino Suzuno
A quiet, enigmatic girl who speaks in phrases that sound more like cryptic codes than conversation.
She has a strange affinity for blue skies, the scent of plastic, and dirty jokes.
Harbors a twisted streak—if she found a fish tank, she might just “accidentally” kill the goldfish inside.

野荻 梨愛
Noogi Ria
President of the Literature Club.
Whimsical, emotional, and full of dramatic flair. Loves acting and harmless pranks.
Her every gesture resembles a stage performance.
Though she may seem carefree, she’s earnest at heart and always gives her best within her limits.
If she lived under internet coverage, she'd probably be a YouTuber doing challenges like "Reading Wordsworth While Eating Million-Scoville Spicy Ramen."
笹本 里央奈
Sasamoto Riona
A classic "tragic beauty" with the grace of a Yamato Nadeshiko.
Calm, distant, and self-destructive, she spends most of her time indoors reading or playing piano.
Though she appears cold at first glance, only with Ria does she open her heart, bantering like old friends.
Her sharp retorts are renowned for their ability to drag Ria from her theatrical daily life back to reality.
